AETNA, one of the nation’s leading providers of health care, and HTH Worldwide, a leader in helping world travelers access quality healthcare services around the globe, teamed up to provide International Student Health Insurance.
Jenn Kennedy’s role was to collaborate on the shared website serving providers, customers and employees, including developing a training program for key AETNA employees to manage customer accounts, access reports and order promotional materials. Training was delivered online via video website tours.
Aetna awarded her efforts with recognition for excellence, and has continued to partner with HTH Worldwide.
